Health Data Collection & Access: GlucoDrive connects to your Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) or compatible insulin pump via secure device APIs strictly with your explicit permission. The data accessed is limited to real-time glucose values, trend arrows, and pump status indicators.
Purpose of Processing: This telemetry is processed solely to project glanceable, safe visual indicators onto your mobile device or compatible vehicle display (such as Android Auto or Apple CarPlay) to support driver awareness.
Strict Privacy Safeguards: RingTail Press never sells, rents, or monetizes health or medical data. Health information is never used for advertising, marketing, or user profiling. Telemetry is transmitted using encrypted communication protocols and is processed transiently in memory or stored securely in local device sandbox storage.
BloomBuddy & Bowls Analyser (Camera Access)
Camera Usage: BloomBuddy requests camera permission solely to photograph plants for species identification and care diagnostics. Bowls Analyser utilizes camera input strictly in real time to calculate distances to the jack and measure delivery bias on the bowling green.
On-Device Processing: Visual feeds and photos are processed directly on your device or transmitted securely solely for real-time analysis requested by you. We do not store, catalog, or share your camera images with external advertising networks.
Precision Bowls & Bowls Captain (Club & Match Records)
Precision Bowls and Bowls Captain collect match scores, end-by-end records, team availability selections, and tournament statistics that you input. This information is saved locally on your device or in your personal cloud backup if enabled, allowing you to track your athletic history and manage club fixtures.
CruxSum & Numerax (Puzzles & Offline Storage)
CruxSum and Numerax store puzzle progress, active pencil candidate notes, custom game settings, and streak records strictly within your device's local sandbox storage. Neither app tracks or transmits gameplay telemetry, IP logs, or personal identity data to external servers.
Quigley Raccoon (Child Safety & COPPA Compliance)
Quigley Raccoon is created specifically for children and families with strict protections complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy. The application collects zero personal information, contains zero third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, and functions entirely offline.
3. General Information We Collect
- Device & Diagnostic Information: Operating system version, device model, app version, language, and crash logs to troubleshoot technical bugs and improve stability.
- Bluetooth & Nearby Device Permissions: Used solely to discover and interface with authorized local hardware (such as smart CGM transmitters, sensors, or vehicle infotainment systems).
- User-Provided Feedback: Communications you send directly to our support team, including bug reports or feature suggestions.
4. How We Use Your Data
We process information exclusively to:
- Deliver core application functionality as requested by the user
- Enable safe in-vehicle projection of health telemetry (GlucoDrive)
- Maintain app stability, diagnose software exceptions, and release performance updates

5. Third-Party Services & Infrastructure

6. Data Retention & Complete Deletion Process
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in this policy or to comply with statutory legal requirements. Users maintain the full right to delete their data at any time.
How to Request Complete Data Deletion:
- Submit Email Request: Send an email directly to privacy@ringtailpress.com with the subject line
"Data Deletion Request". - Required Information: Specify the name of the app (e.g., Precision Bowls, GlucoDrive, BloomBuddy) and your registered account identifier or contact email.
- Verification & Fulfillment: Upon receipt, our privacy team will verify the request and permanently delete all associated personal data from active servers and backups within 30 calendar days, providing confirmation upon completion.
- Local Device Data: For apps that store data strictly on your device, uninstalling the app or selecting "Clear Storage / Clear Data" in your Android system settings immediately and irreversibly deletes all stored records and configurations.
7. Children's Privacy
While RingTail Press publishes family-friendly children's literature, our interactive software applications and utilities are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can promptly delete it.
